Role Summary/Purpose
Lead installation, maintenance, and repair for internal manufacturing, assembly, and inspection equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and technical troubleshooting. Seasoned and deep understanding of concepts, approaches and methodology used in machine maintenance.
Essential Responsibilities
In addition you will :
Ensure that equipment and tools are in good condition for use
Propose and execute plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action
Works on complex technological solutions
Develops and executes strategic plans for solving machine maintenance and performance issues
Communicates strategic and tactical updates and recommended solutions to direct organization including shop floor maintenance team, customers and senior leadership
Influences decisions within own discipline and area
Involved in complex decision making sometimes with external parties
Develop and grow organizational capability
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies and procedures
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Equipment Maintenance
